Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Shelter Skin products in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
